PlanGasm!

Today I completed my FAFSA (woo!) and looked over the classes I've enrolled in for the fall. After, I decided to plan my calendar, because I'm such a nerd. This is what a week in fall will look like, not including studying, papers, or exams:

Such basic classes this time around. Then again, that's what two years of health issues gets you. Thanks, genetics!

Anywho, along with backpack research, I've been surfing Flickr to peek at desks of college students. Nerdgasm. Now I have some inspiration for changing the downstairs bedroom into a study. This has pros and cons. Pros: it's roomy and will be devoted purely to me studying. Cons: it's on the main floor and noise will bleed through. Maybe I can convince JT to finish the room in the basement. That would be nice. Hell, he has three months, it's not impossible.

Off to browse home college study rooms!

Welcome to the Batty Cave

Before I jump into my mischievous antics and quirky conundrums, a brief introduction is in order.

I have had this blog for a year, almost to the day. Focusing on the constant hiccups between school and my health, I grew tired of focusing on negativity. A small vacation was in order. During this vacation I finished my internship, passed the PTCE, and began working in closed-door. Also during this time I underwent many uphill battles, both physical and mental. To put it simply: it was time to rotate crops. My roots are planted and I am moving forward. I am returning to Uni this fall, starting from square one. In the meantime I will grow along with my friends, family, and workplace, though, for now, I will keep posts strictly related to college and work.

This blog is also a challenge. I am challenging myself to remain positive, keep to a blogging schedule, and stick with this.

Moving right along, I've planned for fall semester. Full-time, as usual, though I enrolled in 3 of 4 classes, which puts me at three-quarter time. Financial aid doesn't like three-quarter time. Sadly my ACT scores expired while I was dealing with health issues, causing me to have to take an accuplacer. Once that's finished, I'll be full-time student, three-quarter time CPhT. Oh, the sleepless nights to come! I'm excited. New semester means supply shopping and a new backpack.

Let the giggles begin.
